Privacy policy

01Scope

This policy explains what BACKPACK TECH LLC collects when you buy a top-up on backpackgame.com, and what we do with it. BackpackGame is the shop name. BACKPACK TECH LLC is the company.

02Information we collect

We collect only what the order needs.

• Player ID, which you type
• Display name, if you choose to add one
• Email address, if you choose to add one for the receipt
• Game, package, price, currency name, and order reference
• Which payment method you selected: Cash App, Apple Pay, or Google Pay

03Payment data

Card numbers, bank logins, and wallet passwords are handled by Cash App, Apple, or Google. BACKPACK TECH LLC does not receive or store the full payment credential.

We do receive a result for the charge: paid, failed, or still processing, plus the amount and the order it belongs to.

04How we use it

We use this information to:

• Send the currency to the player ID on the order
• Show you a receipt
• Answer a support email about that order
• Detect duplicate, failed, or abusive charges

05Who else sees it

We do not sell personal information.

The player ID and the currency amount are sent to the channel that credits the game. The payment amount and method are sent to the payment service you chose. We also share information if the law requires it.

06How long we keep it

Order records are kept long enough to deliver the top-up, handle a refund request, and meet tax and fraud-review needs. A request to delete an email or display name does not erase a completed transaction we are required to keep.

07Your requests

Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about an order, to correct a display name or email, or to ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. Include the order reference and player ID so we can find the record. You can also write to BACKPACK TECH LLC, 1862 Vista Way, El Cajon, CA 92019.

08Children

BackpackGame is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child placed an order, email BACKPACK TECH LLC and we will look it up.

09Changes

If this policy changes, the version on the site is the one that applies.
